Community Navigator (Nutrition) – Lambeth Early Action Partnership (LEAP)
1.0 fixed-term contract to 31 September 2021
£25,297 - £28,489 pro-rata plus up to 6% matched pension contribution
We are seeking a Community Navigator to lead on a new and exciting service in Lambeth. The role will ensure that local families with children aged 0-4 are able to engage with relevant schemes and have access to nutritional information, guidance and support.
As an experienced nutritionist you will develop, monitor and evaluate this new service. You will provide support to your team and build collaborative relationships with internal and external colleagues and community partners, ensuring services are coherent and easily accessible. You will have an empathetic and caring approach, responding to individual circumstances and concerns and helping families to provide the best start in life for babies and young children. This position will work in community sites across areas in Lambeth.
