Core Training - Online

Below are links to the online forms and copies of other paperwork needed to set up and run HENRY online Core Training.

Please complete this form before the training.  This will create the training ID code that is used on all the review forms for this course.

Please adapt this email as appropriate and send to participants (bcc) a few days before the first session.

This document contains suggested text for emails to be sent to participants (bcc) ahead of each session and includes a reminder of the pre-session work.

The online participant review form is completed during session 8: During the comfort break in session 8, please send participants an email (Document)with the review form link, the Area code and the Training ID.

Please complete this form after sessions 1, 3 and 8 of the Online Core Training.

For sessions 2 and 3, where there are two trainers, please go through the five stage feedback process together.  

Please complete this form within 3 days of the end of the training.  You will need to record the number of participants who completed the training.

  • Health inequalities quiz – local data 

When exploring the health inequalities quiz in session 1, many trainers find it helpful to include some local data as it helps participants to see the relevance for their own work.      You can find the latest local obesity, oral health and breastfeeding initiation data here: https://fingertips.phe.org.uk/profile/child-health-profiles

This document includes the information that is sent to participants through Arlo prior to the training. The zoom details are sent as part of the reminders sent 14, 7 and 1 day prior to the start of the course.
