National Training Manager

Hybrid working, 37.5 hours per week(flexible working will be considered)

 £35,603 salary per annum (increasing in annual increments to £40,095)

We are looking for an enthusiastic National Training Manager to lead on national training delivery.  Our National Training Manager will ensure consistent, high quality national training by developing and leading our HENRY trainers. They will be relationship focussed, empathetic and solution focussed in order to deliver and support high quality training in line with the HENRY approach to working in partnership. 

Reporting to the Head of Development, you will:

    1. Manage the development of our HENRY trainers

    2. Contribute to the development and piloting of courses and resources 

    3. Deliver national training 

4. Support the logistics of the training process from booking to delivery  

5. Work as part of HENRY team to support organisational development, growth and  sustainability 

 

As National Training Manager you will have experience of:

  • Working in education or health/ wellbeing organisations
  • Delivering experiential and interactive training courses 
  • Supporting families and parents/carers 
  • Working in partnership with service users 
  • Person-centred support for behaviour change
