Cycling for a healthy start in life

Jo Dyson and Anne Lloyd already volunteer their time as members of HENRY's board of trustees. Now they are taking their commitment to the charity to the next level by attempting this huge sponsored challenge - cycling 250 miles across Vietnam and Cambodia over just 10 days.

They have already raised nearly £4,000 and are hoping to raise even more to support HENRY’s work with disadvantaged young children and their families, helping to lay the foundations for brighter future. With two weeks left until they start, they're are confident they can exceed their £5,000 target and excited for new sponsors.

"I can't believe I signed myself up for this," said Anne, who has never done anything like this before. "Jo twisted my arm, so of course I agreed. It will be well worth it to help raise funds for a really wonderful charity that I've been proud to support as a trustee for the past 5 years."

Jo added, "I can't wait to get started. People have been so supportive and generous with their sponsorship, so I'm hoping that will motivate me to keep cycling when the going gets tough."
