HENRY Cooking for a Better Start

Cooking for a Better Start is now being offered both face-to-face and online

Cooking for a Better Start is free for all parents and carers with children under 4 in the Better Start Bradford area (Bowling and Barkerend, Bradford Moor and Little Horton) who want to learn how to cook low-cost, healthy meals for their family. This includes 6 weeks of content to increase knowledge and confidence around healthy eating, eating well for less, portion sizes and what is in the food we eat. 

You will also be sent free resources, recipes to try, videos to watch and support phone calls, all at a time to suit you.
