Children’s vitamin drops can be given from birth, with extra Vitamin D to support bone and muscle development.

How to Get Started

Healthy Start Vitamins are suitable for Vegetarian, Kosher and Halal diets, and are free from milk, egg, gluten, soya and peanut residue. 

💡 Public Health England also recommends that everyone, including children aged 4 and over as well as adult, consider taking a daily 10-microgram vitamin D supplement during autumn and winter, as sunlight is not strong enough for the body to produce sufficient vitamin D.
