- 1/4 red pepper, washed and cut into chunks or slices
- 2 leaves crispy lettuce, sliced
- 1 kiwi fruit, peeled and cut into slices or chunks
- 100ml semi-skimmed milk or unsweetened calcium-fortified soya milk
