- 1 boiled egg (60g), mashed with 1 teaspoon vegetable fat free spread
- 4 sticks of cucumber (30g)
- 3 cherry tomatoes, cut into quarters (30g)
- 2 tablespoons whole-milk yoghurt (60g)
- 1 handful blueberries (40g)
