Our friendly Healthy Families team is here to offer practical and emotional support to help you get your child off to a healthy start. We offer a range of support including drop-ins, one-off group workshops and a longer 8-week Healthy Families programme. Learn more about the support we can offer your family below.

Healthy Eating and Oral Health drop-in: Come along to our drop-in sessions to chat with one of our HENRY practitioners for support around healthy eating, dental health, weight concerns, starting solids, active play and much more! HENRY Healthy Families 8-week Group Programme: The free HENRY group programme provides families with children up to age 5 everything that’s needed to help little ones get off to a great start. Join an interactive session each week with local families to explore topics including parenting confidence, what children and the family eat and enjoying life as a family. You’ll receive a free HENRY toolkit with lots of helpful resources as well as a certificate to celebrate your achievements. Starting Solids Workshop: Join us for this group workshop which explores when, how and what to feed your baby. We have workshops taking place online and face to face. Suitable for families with babies aged 3-8 months. Visit the events calendar to find out when our next workshop is taking place.

Eating Well for Less Workshop: Healthy eating doesn’t have to be expensive. This workshop helps the whole family eat well for less including recipes and tips for a cheaper shopping basket. We run this workshop online and face-to-face. Visit the events calendar to find out more.
