Madeleine

I was having difficulty to get my son to eat healthy snacks and to eat 3 meals a day. Also, to introduce him to new foods was a battle and I began to blame myself that he was a fussy eater at times. He seemed to eat well at nursery and I put that down to the fact that he was eating with others and at home he was alone.

I liked meeting the other parents with the same issues. I liked working in groups and brainstorming. Also looking at different food recopies and food types.

I found the course particularly useful as my son had been temporarily removed from my care, and having the chance to work with other parents without judgement was very helpful. The Healthy Families book is very useful particularly with the information about parenting styles.
