Beckie is a public health nutritionist with a strong track record in improving early childhood development and family well-being. With experience spanning nutrition research, communications, and service development, she is dedicated to ensuring every child has the healthiest start in life. Beckie has spent the last decade in charity leadership roles, driving impactful programmes that support children and families. Her passion for early life health is matched by her commitment to building strong partnerships that create lasting change.  Bec is a mum of three and is based in Warwickshire.

Olivia White

Head of Development

Previously, Olivia (she/her) was a teacher and pedagogical leader in international schools, specialising in early childhood development, pedagogy, and practice. She has worked extensively with senior leadership teams in non-profit organisations and has designed and facilitated numerous training programmes for early years practitioners worldwide. Olivia firmly believes that continuous professional learning and growth lead to better outcomes for children.

Passionate about working with families, she advocates for secure parent/carer attachments, safety, and a strong sense of belonging for all children.

Olivia is based in Oxfordshire and is a mum to three (nearly) grown-up children.

Michelle Connors

Michelle has a background in primary education, specialising in Early Years, where she worked closely with families and professionals to promote a holistic approach to child development. Since joining HENRY, she has led impactful projects that provide vital support for children and families, helping to ensure they receive the best possible start in life. Her dedication to holistic child development, along with her strong focus on building meaningful relationships with families and professionals, reflects her deep commitment to equipping both parents and children with the tools they need to thrive.

Michelle is a mum of two and is based in Leeds.
