large pears - allow 1 pear per adult and 1/2 pear per child.
4 tbsp honey
360g Greek yoghurt
chopping board and knife
saucepan
tablespoon
Poached pears
Peel the pears, remove the core and cut in quarters.

Place the pears in a saucepan adding enough water to cover the fruit and gently simmer, poaching the pears for about 15 minutes until soft.

Remove the poached pears and place in a serving bowl. Serve with the Greek yoghurt and drizzle with the honey.

- For babies mash the pear
- Honey should not be given to children under 1 year old
